Resourcing Consultant, Edinburgh

Some recruitment agencies buck the trend, or grow quicker because they develop unique experience and a strong reputation in a specific, and lucrative niche sector.  This client is one of them and they're growing fast.

They need a talented Recruitment Resourcer (or 'Account Manager', as you'll do a little of both), who can demonstrate experience and success in the Engineering and/or Construction perm recruitment sectors.  If not, any Technical sector experience will also be considered, as you'll get the training and support you need from a hugely experienced, high performing consultant team to learn this client's more specialist market.

Working in a small team with a relaxed, friendly vibe, you'll be hands on, understanding your client's individual requirements and sourcing candidates within specific niche technical sectors, and supporting those candidates and your colleagues in each stage of the process to ensure the candidate, and client, receives continuous, consistent communication and the highest standards of support and ensure a great match every time. 

It's a very strong package with basic between £26k-£30k DOE, attractive bonus and benefits and flexible working, with up to 3 days per week in their shiny new offices in The Gyle, Edinburgh (with parking).
