You'll work with a market leading team focused on Engineering and Construction roles to source and build relevant talent pipelines, build candidate relationships and networks in specific market sectors and grow your own knowledge and networks across the UK and various overseas markets.  If you've already got 12 months+ experience in a recruitment role and love building candidate relationships (particularly on the phone), this is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career within a highly successful, market leading business in growing global business sectors. 
 
It's a hybrid role, so you'll spend some time each week in their central Glasgow offices working with experienced colleagues to develop your knowledge and skills, with flexibility to work at home the rest of the week.   The role offers a strong basic of c.£25,000 (DOE), with a great bonus scheme (so much higher 'OTE'), great benefits and the opportunity to quickly develop your career and future earning potential.
