Recruitment, Divisional Manager, Accountancy & Finance

This long-standing client, and a leading Scottish agency across various markets including Professional Services, is looking for a talented Recruitment Team Manager and leader in the Accountancy & Finance sector to take on this senior role, based either from their Edinburgh, or Glasgow offices.

While some markets are pretty tight at the moment, the Professional Services sectors have remained much more resilient.  And, this client has enjoyed strong demand, driven by a talented team and a strong reputation, particularly across the Accountancy & Finance sectors. 

As a result, they are investing in growing and developing their team at all levels, and the Team Manager role is obviously key in continuing to drive existing team performance, a positive working culture, and strong client relationships to build on this strong historical performance.

This really is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accountancy and Finance recruiter and leader (whether its in Qualified, non-Qualified or Transactional) to flex their recruitment and people leadership skills, and make a real impact with a leading agency business.  And, accelerate their career development and earning potential potential as a result.
