Are you a recruiter looking to work in Australia? Everything you need to know about new visa changes - Part 2

The new Australia immigration visa changes mean recruitment professionals will now find their occupation listed on the Short-Term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) which means new visa applicants with a minimum of 2 years’ recruitment consultancy experience can only be granted a 2-year temporary working visa in Australia.

The new 2-year visa doesn’t offer a pathway to permanent residency (the 4 year one does), however, you’ll be able to apply and renew this visa once for another 2-year period once you’re in Australia.

There are also a few other specific requirements for those working in the recruitment sector. So, if you want to know any more, or are interested in discussing any client opportunities we currently have in Australia (and from Coatbridge to the Cayman Islands, etc…), then visit our site at 'gillespieps.com', or just give us a call on 0141 319 8719 to arrange an initial chat.

Don’t forget to ‘like’ us on Facebook now (if not already), and look out for our future posts and updates.
