If you are a talented sales person, why develop your career in a sector that can’t match your own growth ambitions? The UK recruitment sector is worth over £25bn a year already and grew over 10% last year (again). As Scotland’s largest recruitment specialist business in this sector, we know the key thing that’s holding back most of our client's own growth, is their & our ability to find great new talent to join them.
So, regardless of any recruitment experience, if you’re a talented sales person with the right attitude and abilities, we want to talk to you. Now. Currently we’re working with two of our best clients, who can each provide a fantastic career option for the right person.
If you’re ambitious, resilient, highly competitive, curious about life and more driven than most around you, then read on. It’s not about who you’ve worked with, it’s about who you are, what you’ve achieved and what you can achieve! Whether you’re a recent graduate, in banking or financial sales, car or product sales, working in Starbucks, a call centre or selling gym memberships, your attitude and aptitude to learn and develop yourself matter more.
Have you travelled a lot? Have you achieved anything special in your chosen career, sport or hobby and love being a winner? This, along with great people and communication skills, mean you and recruitment could be a great fit.
In these fantastic new roles, you’ll receive a good starting salary from around £20k upwards, with great training and bonus potential in your first year. Both clients focus their whole business around a great work culture and growing their own talent. So, if you’re successful, they will work hard, along with you to make your career a success. Earnings in your 2nd or 3rd year with both companies will grow quickly (typically between £40k to £70k, but some earn a lot more).
Both clients are in the exciting and fast-growing Technology/IT and Business Change sector. And, they both like to make work exciting too. Lots of great incentives from lunch clubs, team nights and barbecues to a ‘party house’ and trips to New York are regular experiences for the achievers (along with great bonus potential & other benefits).
There are several new opportunities for trainees in both Edinburgh & Glasgow, right now. So, if you feel a career in recruitment could be of interest to you, we want to hear from you. We can answer any questions you have and chat about the recruitment sector, these employers and their individual roles.
