Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Construction & Technical

You'll be working closely in a team with experienced recruiters, supporting the recruitment needs of a fantastic, established (& growing) client base, giving you the very best chance to achieve the success your effort and commitment deserves.  

You'll ideally be a graduate (but not an absolute must), with some experience working in a sales or retail/customer facing role where you have demonstrated a flair for communicating and engaging with customers, and have gained a hunger to learn and grow your career.

They will support and reward you for that commitment, starting with a basic salary around £24,000 (which will grow as quickly as you do), an excellent bonus and benefits package, including great additional team incentives.
