The ideal applicant for this post will be currently working in Technology Recruitment, however the hiring manager is really open to speaking with people from other sectors - the recruitment knowhow is the primary element and certainly an interest in Technology!

You get real autonomy in this business, taking accountability for your specialist sector and account managing some key clients. In addition you will have an abundance of tools and tech at your fingertips to secure the talent needed for your clients. 

With a culture focused on team work, collaboration and reaching goals collectively, this business also support individual career aspirations and have examples of employees progressing from Consultant through to Director in short timescales. So if you have career goals to achieve they are definitely a company to meet.

They will pay a base salary up to £32,000 at Consultant level - however if your experience is more advanced than that I can chat to you about their Senior Consultant scale also, so please don't be discouraged from reaching out. To reward you for individual performance also there is a commission scheme with an incremental % based on revenue generated. You are overall very well rewarded for high performance, with great and unique incentives for high performance.
