The company provides first-class, reliable recruitment services to SMEs, entrepreneurial and non-profit organisations across Scotland. They specialise in the Accountancy & Finance market from offices in Edinburgh & Glasgow, and due to their continued success they are in a position to appoint a delivery consultant to support Consultants operating at the Senior market in their specialist sector.
Reaching out to passive and active candidates, your role will allow you to take responsibility for connecting with and updating applicants, and having high level discussions with job seekers about their long-term career aspirations. Ultimately you would support the team to fill client vacancies, but your role in engaging with candidates and building trust and relations with them would be of primary importance.
