This client is an innovative, fast growing Fintech business with offices in across the UK , and a London head office. With a great product set and a global client base, they're growing fast and are investing heavily in people to sustain their success.
As a result, they are growing their in-house talent team and created a new Talent Acquisition Manager role, based in Edinburgh. You will use your proven in-house and/or senior agency experience as a real recruitment all-rounder, ideally in the IT or a technical sector, to work closely with senior operational colleagues to define role requirements and specs, drive process and deliver on critical time to hire and fill rates, as well as maintaining a focus on candidate quality.
This is an exciting business in a great sector, so if successful, you'll have a good story to tell the candidate prospects you will help source and qualify for roles ranging from specialist IT and technical skill-sets, to sales, marketing or customer support roles across all of their UK locations.
They're growing fast, so it's a fast-moving but rewarding role working within a small, but growing team. IT sector experience would be ideal, but it's not essential, however proven recruitment skills and some people management experience is, alongside excellent communication, organisation skills and senior reporting experience. You'll support your team, liaising closely with the Head of Talent, so your success is both important, and transparent to the key stakeholders in the business.
