This client is a fast growing UK Fintech business with offices in Edinburgh, London and Ireland. With a great product set and a global client base, they're growing fast and are investing heavily in people to sustain their success.
As a result they need a new Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their in-house talent team, based in Edinburgh. The ideal person for the role will either have 3-4+ years' in-house and/or agency experience, ideally in IT or in-house and be an accomplished all-round recruiter who can take ownership and drive your own success.
It's an exciting business in a great sector, so if successful, you'll have a good story to tell the candidate prospects you will source and qualify for roles ranging from specialist IT and technical skills sets, to sales, marketing or customer support roles across all their locations.
This business is growing fast, so it's a fast paced, but rewarding role. Previous IT resourcing experience would be ideal, but it's not essential, but an aptitude to learn, communicate well, organise yourself and take ownership of your role definitely is. You'll report direct to a Talent Manager, so your success is both important, and transparent to the key stakeholders in the business.
