Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Home based / Scotland (requires occasional travel to Aberdeen)
Salary To 28,000 DOE
This is a rare and newly created opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join an established and knowledgeable team.
The team's ethos is to deliver great service, not just to their clients, but also to their candidates, so a large part of the role will be building relationships with candidates via telephone and email in addition to collaborating internally to support the recruitment process.
You can be based at home working full or part time hours, with an occasional trip to Aberdeen, so please ensure you reside close enough to make that journey once a month or more.
Your main role will be to conduct comprehensive screening, qualifying and shortlisting of candidates, to progress to interview stage. As well as the expected supporting administrative process, you will ensure applicants receive an excellent candidate experience, providing feedback at all stages of their journey.
Initiative, the ability to work independently and the confidence to seek advice when required are essential skills for this position. You will also have exceptional attention to detail, great organisational skills and be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
