Talent Acquisition Business Partner – 9-12 month FTC Maternity Cover

Remote however travel to Scotland 1-2 days per week required.

Salary £35K-£40K DOE plus all corporate company benefits


Our client is a global professional services provider looking to bring on a talent acquisition business partner to manage the recruitment for all hires.  This is to be part of a small team based in the UK covering all locations across the UK.  You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and engaging the best talent for our client. This role can be based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen or any location commutable to  environment our client’s Scottish offices.


In short you will:


Source talent across all business units of the firm.

Work closely with internal stakeholders on attracting and sourcing strategies with the ability to engage and influence

Build talent pools across all forms of social mendia and internal/external networks

Provide strategic resourcing advice to all key stakeholders and for the recruitment and wider HR team

Act as a brand ambassador for the firm – representing the firm across all sourcing channels including social media, database and referral programmes

Work with the wider team on a number of interesting and exciting national HR projects.


About you:


We are seek a talent acquisition professional who has a track record of working in an inhouse recruitment function or in an agency environment apply. in professional services.  We are looking for someone with a flexibility to respond to changing priorities from time to with a can do attitude and hands on approach within an ever changing environment.  Candidates with legal/professional services experience are encouraged to apply.
