Often the first point of contact for the company, you will be a positive individual who can give an optimistic and energetic first impression to candidates and enhance the candidate experience. There will be additional administrative tasks to support the generation and communication across the candidate pool however a lot of the role will be conducting back-to-back candidate registration interviews so maintaining the positive and driven attitude, experience of interviewing and perhaps an understanding of the various roles within Hospitality would be valued.
