This client is an innovative leader in the Financial Services & Pensions recruitment marketplace, and we've been working in a close partnership to help them build their UK team for a while now.  This remote-based Hybrid role marks another step in their growth, driven by their huge success over the last two years placing mid-to-senior roles across the Financial Services, Insurance and Legal sectors with leading players across the UK.
 
To better support the huge range of opportunities with their existing UK client base, they now need a Senior Recruitment Consultant with at least 2-years experience in the Financial Services and/or Pensions market to join their impressive team and work with their leading key clients.  It's a fantastic opportunity working with 'warm' opportunities across a variety of financial services roles with leading employers, to further develop your career and earning potential.  
 
In your role, you'll be identifying and building relationships with key clients and professionals in the financial services market; managing and servicing key accounts; managing client relationships in order to gain new business; negotiating your own terms and conditions within some guideline parameters; briefing/preparing candidates for interviews with clients; managing offers; and conducting professional and thorough job registrations, pro-actively building your candidate network and ensuring the highest standards in customer and candidate service.
 
In this hybrid role, you'll work remotely, or spend some time in one of their flexible office locations, along with the support of colleagues who demonstrate true expertise in their field and take pride in their reputation for professionalism, innovation and flexibility - including some of the highest billers in the sector anywhere in the country.  From our experience working with this client, we know you'll get the backing and flexibility to succeed, in a culture that doesn't focus on activity, but on successful outcomes and quality of service.
 
In addition to huge flexibility in where you work, you'll work with warm existing client contacts with minimal business development and earn a basic salary of £40,000-£50,000 dependent on your experience, along with a leading benefits and incentive package.
