Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf an independent recruitment consultancy, who have experienced significant growth over the past 12 months and have some exciting expansion plans in 2021. This includes a new office to soon be open within the Manchester area.

The company have an experienced team of consultants and they are looking to expand this team with a Senior Recruitment consultant who will be specialising in Sales and Marketing.

The successful candidate will report into the Head of Sales and Marketing recruitment manager and be welcomed a friendly team who are focused and supportive, with a joint aim of overachieving targets.


The role

If successful you will be working within the Sales and Marketing recruitment team, with a main focus on sales and marketing professionals within the Food and consumer goods sector.

Your main responsibility will be the delivery of Sales and Marketing professionals. You will have access to an exclusive database of candidates as well as your own network, creating trusting and long-lasting relationships with all your candidates.

Alongside this you will be required to create and develop your own client base generating new leads and finding inventive ways to do so, whilst developing strong working relationships with key decision makers, including hiring managers of varying levels. You will need to manage each of your clients’ requirements as well as their expectations.

When able, you will then arrange client meetings in order to build these relationships, improving your visibility within the market.

 Your ability to maintain an organised desk is essential as you will be responsible for a number of different hiring managers.

To be considered for this position you ideally need to have a strong recruitment background, Sales and Marketing knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
