Senior Recruitment Consultant, IT

This well established client agency is on the up and focused on growth via continual evolution and investment in quality and innovation.  Now, to maintain their recent growth they're looking for another talented, committed, creative and forward-focused, senior recruiter to their IT team based in Edinburgh.
 
Ideally you'll have recruitment expertise and proven experience in areas such as Technology, Transformation, Engineering, Space, AgriTech, IoT or Finance, or maybe another discipline altogether.  Most importantly, you'll have a creative, 'can-do' approach and be committed to finding new ways to solve recruitment problems, be innovative and ready to help us re-invent solutions for your clients.

You'll be collaborating with a great team of top-tier consultants and directors, supported by the latest AI and technology tools, and a talented delivery support team working remotely across the UK.  Working with some existing clients to leverage and grow those relationships, you'll also have a primary focus on growing and delivering on new business areas and clients. 
 
To succeed, you'll be a great networker with a focus on developing your personal and business' brand in your sector, building visibility and new client and candidate relationships.  A natural communicator, attending industry events and networking within your business communities are all key parts of the role.
