Job Description
Gillespie People Solutions are excited to partner again with an impressive and exclusive Executive Search business to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a background in Education or Public Sector recruitment.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from the initial job brief to the successful onboarding of the candidate. You will use your expertise to source and engage the best candidates for our clients, either through executive search headhunting, researching clients and candidates, or using your own established networks.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a senior/principal recruitment role, ideally with experience in Education specifically, but a broader remit in Public Sector would be sufficient. It's essential to have proven experience in headhunting, researching clients and candidates and contacting people directly about new positions, alongside an understanding of the current trends in recruitment.
Individually, the right person will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think strategically and identify potential opportunities, an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to work independently, and a creative approach to problem solving.
