Gillespie People Solutions are recruiting on behalf an independent specialist consultancy, who are seeking to make a key appointment in line with their exciting expansion plans. This is a boutique style recruitment business which is a leader in their marketplace, and who operate across professional markets.
 
The successful hire will become part of this friendly, motivated and driven team, with a joint aim of overachieving targets.  They all enjoy being successful, have a common goal to be the leader in their marketplace, but most importantly they have fun while they do it! As they work remotely, they love getting together monthly for a bite of lunch or coffee and to chat about successes, challenges – and life! Your main responsibility will be the delivery of mid-level professionals in the Human Resources sector. To deliver this you will have access to an exclusive database of candidates, as well as possibly your own network, creating trusting and long-lasting relationships with all your candidates. Alongside this you will be developing strong working relationships with key decision makers, including hiring managers of varying levels. You will need to manage individual client’s requirements as well as their expectations as the HR market is unique, and it takes a really consultative approach to ensure your ongoing success.
 
Working autonomously will be key here, and ideally you will be well versed across digital systems, generally technologically aware, understand the basics of brand promotion on social media, a strong researcher and have the credibility to headhunt and proactively source candidates through an established network. If you are moving to this market from another professional sector, it would also be advantageous if you have experience of working on exclusive and retained projects to help your transition as this is how the business typically engage. A confident personality and the ability to keep calm under pressure is essential, alongside self-motivation and the ambition to build a career within a fast-paced environment.
 
This could suit either an experienced 360 recruiter from a professional marketplace, or a Talent Acquisition Consultant looking for an opportunity to increase your earning potential and use headhunting and marketing experience in a fresh environment.
 
Aside from the career development the business offer, the position brings a competitive base salary, to £35,000 DOE; a clear and structured commission structure which rewards you for all parts you take in the job filing process; the chance to work from home in a flexible and trusting culture and an unlimited annual leave allowance!
