Senior Internal Recruiter
Hybrid working, up to 80% remote; with office base in Renfrew
£40,000 - £45,000 Basic salary DOE, plus excellent flexible benefits package
This is an exciting opportunity for either an Agency to make a move to an inhouse role or a hands-on experienced internal recruitment specialist to and work with a growing and ambitious global organisation. Hiring internationally, this position will suit someone who is a confident stakeholder manager, able to communicate effectively with both candidates and hiring managers and have a proven track record delivering a really positive candidate experience.
Managing the complete recruitment process in your vertical specialism, this Senior Recruiter will face challenges on occasion around the location of clients and candidates, supporting on positions across the UK, Europe and sometimes other exciting global locations! This would therefore suit a patient and inquisitive recruiter who is keen to find out about hiring and recruitment practices in other countries to help you develop your skills and expertise in your career.
Applicant sourcing will be supported by writing compelling adverts online with each Recruiter taking personal responsibility for driving forwards their social media presence supporting the local brand awareness to help generate interest and candidates. For more challenging positions, you would be responsible for working in partnership with external suppliers and managing those relationships.
You will be a true Partner in this role, working with experienced managers who need support in the hiring process and guiding them through the interview process. Equally you may need to encourage them to move at a faster pace on occasion or to meet with an applicant your experience tells you could be the right one for their role. For this reason, confident, professional and polite influencing skills are needed to support your stakeholders.
Flexibility and remote working is an established feature with this organisation, and you are given the trust to complete your role from commencement here. There is an office in Renfrew which would be the base for this post, however the successful hire can work remotely most of the week.
