Gillespie People Solutions are privileged to support our partner client who are already a highly established brand in the tech recruitment space. We are working together to help implement the next growth stage of their business strategy in 2023. To do this, they are looking to engage with Senior Account Development professionals, as this is a key role for their business. The Associate Director of Key Accounts will hold responsibility for driving forward the relationships within their key client portfolio.
This dynamic role requires a highly motivated, exceptional individual, who will join this entrepreneurial business with a combination of talent acquisition and account development experience. Working as part of the key management team you are ably supported by a Business Development Director who will generate new key clients and secure business wins, allowing 100% focus on developing, growing and nurturing relationships within their existing client base.
As the key point of contact for high value clients, you will nurture and lead a talent team around you to ensure external candidates receive a best-in-class provision of service, and ensure a strong pipeline of excellent applicants are supported through the selection process. Working closely with both Client Acquisition and Research & Delivery teams, you’ll ensure that best practice and standards are constantly embedded, and regularly provide the Managing Director with a holistic view of your client portfolio and team performance.
We’re seeking a strong, natural team player and relationship builder, who will develop and grow existing and newly won client accounts to ensure service delivery is the highest possible standards of recruitment. To be considered for this unique opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate:-
- Record of accomplishment within a recruitment or/and talent acquisition role
- Strong engagement, communication, and presentation skills
- Capability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Experience of growing, managing and mentoring people – while leading by example
- Data led recruitment; interpreting information from diverse sources and taking appropriate follow up actions
- Strong business commercial acumen.
Furthermore, you’ll be goal orientated – with a desire to deliver excellence in every aspect and have the curiosity and desire to continue your personal professional development. An interest in technology, automation, and efficiency is beneficial here too.
