This client is a leading UK specialist healthcare recruitment business that focuses on sourcing and supplying the key frontline and Nursing staff requirements, that help ensure their clients can provide effective critical services to their own patients.  With UK coverage and an excellent reputation and core client base, they now need a talented business development professional to help them further develop their business with key new client organisations, as well as further build on relationships with existing clients.

You’ll have a proven sales background with great communication and relationship building skills, ideally with recruitment and/or health sector experience (but not essential), and be ready to take on more responsibility and autonomy to really prove yourself and develop your career with a leading player in a key sector.  You should be highly numerate and literate, with a good educational background and able to organise and prioritise your own workload.  Reporting directly to the C.O.O., you’ll have a wide remit to grow client relationships and new business within the heath and care sectors across the UK, so you’ll need to be ready to travel to deliver on your objectives of securing those new relationships and client opportunities.
