We are delighted to be working on a Resourcing Partner opportunity, joining a talented and successful Talent Acquisition Team, supporting the inhouse recruitment of Tech appointments.
You will be a talented sourcing specialist, ideally with exposure to tech resourcing but if not, a passion and drive to upskill yourself in this space. This is a professional environment, with an inclusive and supportive culture. You will need previous recruitment experience however you will also be supported and guided by the structured and respectful team around you to help achieve the hiring targets as a team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating candidate pipelines for in demand talent
- Reacting to advert responses
- Conducting screening calls and stage one
- Direct searching for particular markets
- Liaising with stakeholders regularly
The right person will be keen to move to an inhouse resourcing role, flexible, proactive and have first class communication skills. You might have worked in a recruitment agency and be seeking a first move to an inhouse position? Or be working internally already and keen to develop your experience in the tech space.
