This Recruitment Support Admin role will require a high level of prioritisation; great attention to detail; a willingness to learn and an inquisitive nature. It can be challenging to learn a new role from home and you will need to feel happy picking up the phone to your line manager to ask questions and help you press on with your objectives.

On a daily basis you will be engaging and liaising with candidates, writing content, extending messages to attract candidates on LinkedIn and other search sites; working from an internal recruitment system to ensure the database is current and accurate and supporting the Managing Director, Business Manager and Talent Partner with any other duties as required – including but not limited to supporting set up of interviews; taking feedback following meetings; talent sourcing and pipelining and organising interviews for all of above with potential applicants.

You are given a high level of trust and autonomy at Gillespie People Solutions, but equally you are supported and developed continuously – just the right balance to allow the flexibility some people crave in their career; but also to ensure your career progresses as you help the business grow.

Ideally you would work between 25 and 37 hours per week to excel in this position, but you can work longer days and take some off or spread across the working week should you prefer, we are happy to discuss most working patterns. The role is predominately home based however on a monthly basis there will be requirements to attend various team meetings, which are always great fun.
