You are given a high level of trust and autonomy at Gillespie People Solutions, but equally you are supported and developed continuously – just the right balance to allow the flexibility some people crave in their career; but also to ensure your career progresses as you help the business grow.
Ideally you would work between 25 and 37 hours per week to excel in this position, but you can work longer days and take some off or spread across the working week should you prefer, we are happy to discuss most working patterns. The role is predominately home based however on a monthly basis there will be requirements to attend various team meetings, which are always great fun.
This is a truly unique opportunity for the right person who can demonstrate the skills required and is seeking both autonomy yet personal development. Get in touch today to find out more!
