Due to sustained success, a rare opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the company’s growing team as a Resource Consultant focusing on providing a first-class recruitment service within the UK IT and Business Change recruitment market.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a credible organisation where employees and their career development are highly valued. In this role, you will be tasked with sourcing quality candidates for client vacancies using various methods including CV databases and social media sites such as LinkedIn or Xing, building and managing relationships with both candidates and clients and supporting other team members with writing and uploading job adverts to job boards/social media sites and managing advert response.

What our client is looking for is an individual who has first-class communication skills, can build relationships easily, and has the drive to exceed customer expectations as well as experience in a fast-paced resourcing, recruitment, or account management role where you have been managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

This opening would be ideal for an individual with 6-12 months recruitment experience who is looking to move into a resourcing role with a great company. A background of working in IT or professional services (e.g. Accountancy, Financial Services, Legal or Engineering) recruitment would be beneficial, however we are keen to speak with recruiters from any market who love working in a fast-paced, collaborative team-working environment and are keen and willing to learn and succeed!
