Recruitment Resourcer

Glasgow (with flexible 3:2 home-office hybrid model)

Salary £24,000 + bonus

We are recruiting on behalf an independent recruitment consultancy, located in Edinburgh and Glasgow, who provide expertise within their recruitment niche.

Their team have vast experience, an impressive track record and plenty of personality. Since opening their doors, they’ve helped thousands of professionals find the right job or the next contract and helped some of the biggest employers in the sectors find the talent they need to grow and excel.

They are currently going through a period of growth resulting in them looking to expand their team, recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer – either with experience in Recruitment but looking for a more supportive development environment, or new to recruitment and keen to learn.

Matching the right role to the right person is what this role is all about. You will reach out to candidates about their next career move, finding the skills the business needs, discuss experience with both and understanding the client needs. You will be:

  • Making and taking telephone calls
  • Hosting Zoom chats
  • Participating in Microsoft Teams meetings
  • Contributing to face-to-face, head-to-heads


Market knowledge, recruitment processes, client expectations – all that and more. You’ll do plenty of learning on the job, but you’ll also have access to a comprehensive learning portal, not to mention the full backing of the team.

You’ll be responsible for owning the end to end 360-recruitment process from search and interview through to offer stage and beyond. New business will play a key role as well as managing a number of well-established partnerships with key clients.

Ultimately you will have the desire and tenacity to win your own business and build a recruitment desk, whilst cultivating a client base, generating leads and finding inventive ways to do so. You will develop strong working relationships with key decision makers, including hiring managers of varying levels. This is a really exciting role, in a leading employer within this sector!
