This is a key hire for the business, and this individual will be responsible for managing and developing a small but growing team of delivery consultants within the fast-paced contract recruitment market. This division boasts one of the top performing teams within the company, servicing a high volume of contract roles across the global offshore wind market, and is in need of a strong leader to join the company, drive productivity and build on the team’s consistent success.
What our client is looking for is an individual who has experience managing a recruitment team and understands the processes, challenges and value of contract recruitment. This will be a fast-paced role operating in a very competitive marketplace, however working with a fantastic client base of leading employers across the globe.
You will be responsible for managing team activity, developing team members through well-planned and personalised development plans, building in-depth knowledge of offshore wind markets and contractor talent pools, and working collaboratively with colleagues from other areas of the business to achieve further business growth and profitability.
