Recruitment Manager, Manufacturing & Engineering

Are you an experienced Recruitment leader with a background in a technical discipline, looking to take your career to the next level?

Gillespie People Solutions are interviewing for a talented individual to join our client's manufacturing and technology team and lead a team of six consultants in the pursuit of growing the business. Our client is looking for an individual with good sales and development skills, a natural leader and someone who can create a growth strategy and then implement it while remaining an individual contributor.

This exciting role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to make a difference in the organisation. You will be in a position to provide insights and strategic advice to the organisation and ensure that it is well-placed to take advantage of emerging opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in leading a team and the ability to manage and motivate employees, excellent communication skills to provide advice and guidance, demonstrable sales and development skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
