Are you an experienced administrator and looking for an immediate opportunity in the Edinburgh area?
Our client is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team in Edinburgh. This role is extremely varied, fast paced and fun and working within a team environment. Ideally we are looking for this individual to be based from home some of the week however eventually two weeks onsite at the clients office in Edinburgh City Centre.
You will be supporting the recruitment team with all aspects of administration, playing a pivotal role in providing administrative support throughout the entirety of the recruitment process including:
- Ensuring the systems are used effectively and kept up to date
- Management of recruitment teams MS mailbox
- Overseeing all aspect of customer enquiries
- Co-ordinating of all parts of the recruitment process and associates tasks
- Processing data through relevant HR management system
- Management of contractor extension documentation
- Tracking workforce data through HRM software

You will be a people orientated person driven by providing an excellent and efficient service.
Recruitment is a fast-paced environment so organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently to changing priorities are necessary.
We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work on their own initiative.
You must have strong IT skills.
You must be highly organised and have excellent administrative skills.
You must be able to work at pace towards changing priorities.
