Gillespie People Solutions are delighted to be working on a great opportunity with a local, Scottish agency who have a warm desk with current live vacancies to be fulfilled and are keen to speak with experienced Recruiters who are looking for a new challenge! 

Joining a desk in the Logistics and Supply Chain field, candidates with transferable skills can be considered providing you are ambitious, keen to learn and want to join a friendly and welcoming recruitment team. This team work collaboratively and support each other on a daily basis - with different geographical patches of market sectors to own you will not be arguing over candidate ownership but instead, support your colleagues to succeed and it makes for a great working environment. 

Your role will include reaching out to prospective candidates; managing recruitment processes with clients and ultimately fulfilling job roles. You will need to be good at sales, to sell opportunities to candidates and likewise the individuals to hiring managers, and perhaps be reaching out to clients on the back of leads, but it isn't a role requiring a volume of 'cold calling' so if you are interested in moving to step away from a KPI driven and BD focused role, this could be the position for you!

The hours for this role are 9-5, with a lunchtime finish on a Friday! It is an office based role but with options for flexibility and remote work. The holidays offered are 25 plus public and the commission scheme is fabulous, rewarding you for fulfilling both existing client requirements and for generating new business.
