Job Description

The Renewable Energy industry is incredibly prominent across the globe at present, meaning that recruitment companies operating in this sector have experienced great growth and success over the past few years and need talented, ambitious recruiters to join their teams and service this fantastic sector.

Our client is a leading business within the Renewables market in England and is still at its infancy in the Scottish market, however, is making great inroads and establishing itself as one of the go to recruitment businesses within the Scottish market in the sector. The company is now looking to add a couple of motivated Recruitment Consultants/Senior Consultants to its team based in Glasgow city centre to operate in the niche energy from waste market.

The types of roles that you would be recruiting for are predominantly Engineering related, however can vary greatly, from Sales people, low level Auxiliary Plant Operators, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Operations/Maintenance Technicians, Shift Team Leaders, to Operations Managers, VPs, Managing Directors, CEOs etc.

What we are looking for is sales-driven, hungry recruiters with at least 2 years experience within a technical or professional market (markets such as Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas, Accountancy & Finance, Financial Services etc would be well suited) who are keen to transfer their skills and knowledge of recruitment to the Renewable Energy market.
