Gillespie People Solutions are currently working on behalf of an innovative, independent recruitment consultancy, specialising within the Financial Services, Legal and Insurance sectors. We have partnered with them to grow their highly successful team of consultants and they are now looking to add an experienced Recruitment Consultant to specialise within their Financial Services team, focusing on the Pensions and Actuarial Services market. Due to a period of high growth, we are looking to speak with experienced Recruitment Consultants or Senior Consultants who are experienced within the Financial Services industry and have an interest in the Pensions and Actuarial Services specialism. You will be a proven biller within this market and have at least two years’ experience. This will be an extremely flexible role where you can be based from home or from the office space in Glasgow. You will be given all necessary tools to be successful to make this a desired working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with key professionals within your market
  • Manage and service key accounts
  • Maintain market knowledge for your specific sector
  • Manage client relationships in order to gain new business
  • Ensure the most profitable fee agreements are negotiated with clients, whilst ensuring a professional and solution focused approach (agree own fees)
  • Briefing/ preparing candidates for interviews with clients
  • Offer Management
  • Conduct professional and thorough job registrations, pro-actively identifying opportunities for exclusivity
  • Proactively support clients, ensuring all live vacancies are serviced
  • Client/candidate entertaining
