Recruitment Consultant (Rail Sector)

To fit in with this culture, they don't lead with KPI's, they drive their business and their people by providing the training, the support and then the autonomy to ensure mature, professional and ambitious consultants can deliver to their full potential.  This role will fit into an experienced team, placing rail professionals in all key disciplines, and all levels (primarily senior white-collar roles), with full responsibility for sourcing and coaching candidates alongside building and leading direct client relationships.

 

While rail sector experience would be preferred, it's not essential.  A record of achievement in recruitment, real professionalism and ambition to develop your skills and great organisational and communication skills are.  High levels of integrity and honesty are also vital in a business that values this above almost all else.
