You'll step into a desk with warm, long-standing client relationships and in-bound vacancies, while also using their and your new networks to help develop new business opportunities to shape your own success in one of the world's most dynamic professional markets.
In this role you will also; - Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate acquisition through to placement
- Proactively identify and attract high-calibre professionals locally and internationally
- Build, nurture, and grow client relationships through expert service and market insight
- Drive new business development through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market mapping
- Deliver recruitment solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives
- Contribute to team goals and help shape the next era of Baraud's success
To be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate 2+ years' recruitment experience in the 'professional' financial sector, ideally with annual billings of £200K plus and a real track record of success. You should be a confident communicator and strong relationship developer, results driven and motivated to succeed and take a real pride in doing the job in the right way for your candidate and your client.
In return you'll receive a fantastic personal and professional lifestyle based in the Cayman Islands, a great tax free base salary of £45,000-£50,000, with a generous, simple uncapped commission scheme and uncapped earnings (all of which you keep!).
