Recruitment Consultant - Manufacturing & Engineering

We are keen to speak with motivated Manufacturing and Engineering Recruitment Consultants, looking for their next challenge! Gillespie People Solutions are hiring for a well-established and highly successful independent recruitment business, for two consultants, one to run the interim market and one to focus on permanent appointments.

You will be responsible for managing the recruitment of Manufacturing and Engineering candidates, either temporary or permanent, and developing an established market for additional growth.

To succeed in this role, you must have previous recruitment experience, preferably within Manufacturing and Engineering, but consultants from other technical disciplines can be considered. You will likely have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for achieving results, an organised approach to your work and the ability to multitask.
