This client is one of the UK's leading independent legal recruitment specialists in the sector, with 8 offices across the UK. As well as a strong reputation for integrity and service in legal recruitment, built up over 20 years, they also have a great track record of growing their own talent and investing heavily in training and personal development.
Now, with increasing client requirements, they need a new Legal Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Edinburgh to help support and grow their Scottish business portfolio. Given their investment in your training and development, you only need to be able to demonstrate a minimum of 6 months-to-1 year+ recruitment experience along with a relevant degree qualification (the more proven experience you have, the better the package that may be on offer).
Most important, is your commitment and aptitude to learn along with a strong work ethic, the ability to listen and be proactive with a high level of enthusiasm and personal integrity.
This is a fantastic business that is really committed to its people and their longer-term development, so it could be a great fit for a legal or business graduate with a relatively small amount of recruitment experience to really give their career a fantastic launch-pad.
The basic is around £28k, depending on experience, alongside a strong commission plan. They will also consider graduates without recruitment experience, but some proven experience in sales or customer service, with a lower basic from around £20k-£22k.
