Experienced Recruitment Consultant (HR/ Facilities Management)

Based in Manchester or Glasgow (Working from home)

(If based in Glasgow travel to Manchester once per month will be required)

Salary £26k - £30k (depending on experience)

 

We are recruiting on behalf an independent growing business, who are currently growing their service offering to their internal customers and looking got build a recruitment consultancy offering with very exciting expansion plans.  This opportunity is to work within a small team of HR professionals where you can deliver a service to your internal colleagues together with upselling this new service offering to clients.

The company have two offices, one based in Manchester and the other in Glasgow, which houses experienced teams of consultants and they are looking to expand by recruiting an experienced recruitment consultant.

The successful candidate will become part of a friendly team who are focused and supportive, with a joint aim of overachieving targets.

 

The role

 

Your main responsibility will be the delivery of contract and permanent professionals from within the facilities management sector. You will have access to an exclusive database of candidates as well as your own network, creating trusting and long-lasting relationships with all your candidates.

Alongside this you will be required to create and develop your own client base generating new leads and finding inventive ways to do so, whilst developing strong working relationships with key decision makers, including hiring managers of varying levels. You will need to manage each of your clients’ requirements as well as their expectations.

This is a 360-recruitment role and will see you managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from first contact through to completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up.

 

You will ideally be degree educated and have the drive and desire to build a career within a fast-paced environment.

A confident personality and the ability to keep calm under pressure would be beneficial, alongside being self-motivated, ambitious and target driven.

Having a proven track record within recruitment and a relevant industry would also be an advantage.
