The company has the opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work within one of the company’s busiest and most successful divisions – the Industrial division based in Glasgow.
Joining a growing team, you will be working in a relaxed, mature environment alongside a great team of experienced consultants and managers who will give you the support and training you need to be as successful. This is a sales role and you will be expected to build up your own desk from generating your own leads as well as using the company’s extensive database system, bringing on new clients and building relationships.
In this role, you will be sourcing high volume temporary personnel to fill a number of client vacancies within the Industrial recruitment market which may include Warehouse Operatives, Forklift Operators, Distribution Managers, Food Production Operators and Machinists. This will be a fast-paced position where you will be handling a number of vacancies simultaneously, therefore being able to manage your time effectively is essential.
Experience recruiting in high-volume markets such as Industrial or Commercial would be beneficial.
