Salary: To £35,000, OTE potential to £80,000

Gillespie People Solutions are excited to partner with this leading independent Scottish recruitment firm, specialising in the Construction and Engineering industry, and support the appointment of a new Recruitment, or Senior, Consultant.
With several established client relationships in these specialist markets, across the last 15 years the business has grown carefully and robustly, and they are now looking to appoint an experienced recruiter to join its highly successful team in Glasgow and focus on recruiting within the Civil Engineering market in the UK.
Sourcing candidates through a variety of sources, innovative and proactive routes to attract quality individuals are encouraged; you will bring these top quality candidates to market and present them to companies they already have relationships with. In addition, you will reach out to businesses and establish new connections and arrangements with perspective clients. The company provide all the technical support possible for consultants to excel in their role, the infrastructure and data is all easily accessible, and allows you to get on with what you do best – finding positions for your candidates!
