One key appointment is to lead their HR and office services recruitment space. This is a hugely exciting role for someone to accelerate growth in this key area, maximising client relationships and increasing awareness of the brand. You’ll be responsible for owning the end to end 360-recruitment process from search and interview through to offer stage and beyond. New business generation will play a key role as well as managing existing relationships.

The job will involve developing and maintaining existing and new client relationships; implementing a robust recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience and support the development of a future pipeline; stakeholder consultation; using search and headhunting techniques; developing innovative ways to attract suitable and potential candidates; conducting informal and competency-based interviews with prospective candidates and effectively managing the full end to end recruitment process on behalf of clients. Experience selling & successfully managing retained assignments would be beneficial however our client will train and support market knowledge where required.

You will be an established recruiter from any professional sector - experience with HR, Administrative or Business Service disciplines would be beneficial, but they are open to different sector experience. Resilience and tenacity will be two of your core strengths and you should have strong prioritisation skills in order to juggle multiple deadlines.
