Recruitment Account Manager, Construction/Technical (MEP), US Market

This is a very different type of recruitment role with a very highly regarded specialist construction and technical recruitment business, with a strong presence in the UK and US markets.

As a Recruitment Account Manager, you'll work with an established US client base to develop and manage the successful fulfillment of key roles across 'white collar' professional Construction 'MEP' (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing design) roles.

As a leader in this sector, this agency works across numerous PSL's with strong established client relationships in this fast moving US recruitment market.  With a very warm desk and strong ongoing demand for quality permanent roles, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional technical recruiter to quickly build your earning potential and, your career development opportunities in an enormous and growing US market.  All from the comfort of your hybrid working base in Glasgow.

As an experienced relationship builder and account developer, you'll be working in a specific set of client accounts to build and grow new contacts to better support their own business growth and create new opportunities.  The good news is that you will be supported by a resourcing team to develop and build talent pipelines to help ensure you can manage successful hiring outcomes and grow client revenues alongside your own earning potential.

Given your geographical responsibilities this role offers a slightly different working hours pattern, with c.40 hours a week spread over 4 days (including evenings, so you're available to west coast client contacts), with Friday's off!

It's a flexible hybrid role with a fantastic, funky work environment for those days you do work in the office (with rooftop bar, free parking and a great vibe).  They offer a basic salary between £30,000-£40,000, based on your level of experience with a generous bonus scheme, great benefits and additional team incentives (they know how to have fun and play hard, as well as work hard).
