Position: Polish speaking Recruitment Resourcer

Market: Industrial

Location: East Kilbride

Salary: £18 ,000 - £23,000 Basic + Bonus


We are delighted to be working with an extremely successful Independent Commercial Recruitment business in its search for a Resourcer to join is busy team based in East Kilbride.

The company is a specialist in supplying Industrial candidates to companies across Scotland. They have a fantastic reputation in the market and their team of experienced consultants have a high level of industry knowledge which has allowed them to consistently deliver a quality service to both their clients and candidates.

Due to sustained growth and an extremely busy period, they are now looking for a motivated individual to join their team in East Kilbride to help deliver on various contracts within the Industrial sector. This is a purely candidate delivery focused role where you will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates for client vacancies using various methods including searching CV databases, social media sites and job sites. You will have strong relationship development skills as communication with candidates is key and you will also be responsible for advertising various roles and managing the advert response. Ideally, we are looking to speak with polish speaking candidates due to some of the locations you will be placing candidates.

You will be working alongside a highly successful and experienced team of four and dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders, therefore what our client is looking for is an individual who has first-class communication skills who can build relationships easily, has the drive to exceed customer expectations and can manage the full recruitment process from taking a job spec through to finding and qualifying candidates. This opportunity would be best suited to someone who has at least 6 months recruitment experience in the Industrial sector or a similar fast-paced market. This is a purely candidate focused role and there will be no sales involved.
