Reporting into a highly experienced Senior Consultant, with the combined support of a Director with an unrivalled reputation in the market, you’ll be responsible for owning the end to end recruitment process from search and interview through to offer stage and beyond.

In terms of your daily duties, you will be focused on a number of well-established partnerships with key clients, and maintaining strong engagement with a relevant candidate pool in the Marketing and Creative space to make placements and hit monthly targets. Additional tasks might include:

  • Developing and maintaining existing client relationships, and stakeholder consultation
  • Interviewing, engaging and communicating with candidates
  • Proactively approaching/headhunting candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • Working closely with marketing to develop an innovative candidate attraction suite
