Due to sustained growth, this company, one of the UK’s leading multi-divisional recruitment businesses, is looking to appoint a recruitment professional at Managing Consultant level to a newly formed team in Aberdeen – the Health & Social Care team. This is a rare but exciting opening, which would allow you to join a small but expanding team operating in a fast-paced, resilient recruitment sector and work on and grow an already active temp recruitment desk.
We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional with a track record in temporary Healthcare recruitment to join the team to drive growth and develop this division by expanding the bank of Healthcare professionals across the Care sector in Aberdeen and the surrounding areas.
This role will involve working with a team of experienced recruiters who have many agreements in place with some of the biggest care providers in the UK. You will source and place temps in ongoing bookings on a weekly basis, while growing relationships with existing clients and developing new business of your own.
We are looking to speak with experienced Health and Social Care recruiters who may be looking for that next challenge and a step up into a managerial position. The good bit is you will be working in a fun, mature environment with a supportive team culture however offering lots of autonomy to bring your own ideas.
