As this is a delivery-focused role, your recruitment experience and accumulated head-hunting, sourcing, candidate management and screening skills will be put to good use. In addition, great planning, organisational, communication, social media and relationship building skills are more relevant than your sales ability.
It's a great fit for an ambitious, goal-driven and energetic individual with 1-2 years+ recruitment experience (agency or in-house) and a strong academic background, who wants to grow their career with a leading, specialist recruitment brand. The company is flexible with regards to your market experience, however if you have recruited within Engineering, Oil & Gas or Technical markets, then this will set you ahead of the rest!
