Position: Head of Digital Acquisition Strategy
Salary: £45,000-£65,000 DOE, plus 20% bonus, Healthcare, pension, etc.
Location: Glasgow, or London (flexible and 'work from home')

This is a tremendous role for any talented digital strategist looking to make their mark with a global player. Our client is a leading global provider of healthcare benefits, with many millions of customer employees benefitting from their services in virually every country in the world. 

This new role within the business illustrates the growing importance and focus on driving digital customer acquisition strategy to maintain their success, and on maximising customer experience alongside revenue and sales growth across all digital channels. In this role you will be working across the organisation to challenge current thinking, champion new ideas and strategies and identify opportunities to improve revenues, conversions, and maximise the customer on-boarding experience to best meet their needs to match how they want to interact with the business and services.

Reporting to the Managing Director and senior stakeholders, you'll need to demonstrate proven experience and ability to really drive a new digital sales and customer service strategy across all relevant areas of the business, and external agency suppliers. As well as optmising the overall digital marketing budget, you'll be the customer's champion in planning and designing all 'direct to customer' digital interactions and realising a new 'customer perception reality' within the business.

This key role will provide tremendous opportunities to positively influence change across the business and take up a wider leadership role, working in partnership with the heads of IT and the client's global SME divisional business leadership team. Including, creating a new strategic digital development roadmap to better service the needs of globally mobile customer employees.

With a strong, proven background in D2C digital marketing, ideally within a larger organisation(s) with global scale, you should be a thought leader with a never-ending appetite to learn and develop your own knowledge and networks. A real digital innovator with great communication and influencing skills, you'll enjoy taking ownership of your objectives and driving delivery of agreed projects. 

A strong digital thinker used to identifying and analysing customer insights, defining customer personas, identifying industry trends and the potential impact and benefits of new technologies. And, informing, motiviating and driving ideas and projects across your and senior colleagues teams will all be part of the job to achieve success. 

You will receive an excellent package with salary up to £65,000, based on experience, with upto 20% bonus, healthcare and an excellent pension. The role can be based in Glasgow or London, with a lot of flexibility to allow working from home.
