Due to continued success and one of the division’s most successful years, this market-leading company is now looking to add a Divisional Manager to its team in Glasgow to manage and grow the high-performing Office Services team. This is a rare but exciting opening, which would allow you to join a well-established team operating in a fast-paced, resilient recruitment sector.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Managing Consultant who is looking for the next step up in their recruitment career or perhaps an individual who is currently at Team Leader/Branch Manager level within a smaller organisation looking for something bigger. Our client’s Office Services team fill temporary and permanent roles across various areas including: reception, administration, data entry, filing clerks, company PA's, company secretaries up to executive level positions within the commercial sector.
Part of this role will include working on vacancies and billing, however the main focus will be managing a team of successful recruiters in Glasgow and building up this team to be even greater. Ideally, you will have proven success recruiting within the Office Services market, however we are keen to talk to recruitment managers from all professional market backgrounds who are looking to be challenged!
