Divisional Manager - Accountancy

This Section or Division Manager position, is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, Accountancy specialist, to join a highly established and reputable agency and lead a strong team.
 
With a base salary up to £55,000 per annum (DOE), a car allowance and generous commission scheme - this is a great opportunity for a motivated, experienced and engaging people manager to take the next step in their career.

You could be at Managing Consultant level also, looking to step up to Divisional Manager so please don't let the level of the role put you off applying! There is a fabulous Internal L&D team in place with this company and if you have the core skills but require a little further experience, you would get the support you needed to excel in this company.

Quality of service to both candidates and clients is of the utmost importance to this team, and the successful candidate will have a background of delivering great care and service to both. Your ability to source candidates in a challenging market and drive appointments with both established clients and new businesses is important, and how you support and coach less experienced candidates will play a part in your success.
