This business is now looking for a talented, ambitious, goal-driven and energetic individual with a strong academic background and experience in either sales administration, account management or contract recruitment to join their Glasgow team as a Delivery Consultant (recruitment experience would be great, but not essential as they'll train and develop you).


With all the right training and support behind you, you'll use the full range of resourcing tools and attraction channels, and your skills, creativity and resilience to source, screen and nurture the best contractor talent in the sector to meet your clients' requirements. 


An engaging personality that's great at quickly building relationships and trust with your candidate network is a must, alongside excellent organisational and technical skills to manage all the software and CRM tools you'll need to be effective and successful in this key role.
