Delivery Consultant

Our client is an independent construction recruitment agency with an excellent reputation for delivering on assignments for their clients. Due to continued growth in the last 12 months, they are seeking a Delivery Consultant to join the team and identify quality construction talent for clients in the UK Civil Engineering sector.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role, a passion for the industry, an understanding of the sector and the ability to empathise with candidates and employers alike.

You will be expected to use your recruitment experience and expertise to research and source quality candidates for Engineering positions. You will be engaging with candidates, building relationships, and helping them to understand the roles and opportunities that may be available. You will also be important in supporting the manager in fulfilling assignments.

To succeed in this role, you must have previous recruitment experience, an interest in the Engineering sector, excellent research skills, the ability to build solid relationships and generally a positive and proactive attitude!
