This is an exciting opportunity for an internal talent or agency based recruiter, to move to an in-house candidate sourcing role.
Gillespie People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a global, well known and reputable FTSE listed business, to join a large, established and successful team. The hiring manager for this post is ambitious for the growth of the team, development of individuals within it and for the company to achieve their goals.
The role is to develop a talent pipeline in Technology by promoting the brand; interacting with potential candidates on social media; interviewing and assessing candidates; managing the candidate experience from engagement through to interviews with the business and stakeholder management internally to understand demand and advise or compliment the hiring approach. The successful candidate will also get involved in the future around building strategy for future hiring needs and supporting the team manager.
You will likely have some experience of in-house or agency recruitment in technology, but entry level applicants who can demonstrate strong attributes and competencies the manager is seeking may also be progressed to interview so please detail these in your application where relevant - strong commercial acumen; resilience; first-class communication skills; ability to prioritise and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment; and creativity & innovation.
Previous experience might include:
- Knowledge of direct sourcing strategies to proactively build candidate pipelines.
- Ability to work with applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and excel spreadsheets.
- Managing a portfolio of candidates by remaining in close contact with individuals actively and passively seeking a new position.
